CROPLIFE:
- Cutting
Edge Plant Health Technology
-
Application Protocols for the Fruit & Vegetable Industry
- NASAA
Certified Organic
- An
Australian Developed Product
What is Croplife
TM:
- Croplife
is a nutrient/nutrient synergist designed to be used alone
or with foliar sprays to improve the health and yield of
crops
- Croplife
is based on Aussan , a powerful natural biocide, with
added components to help plants absorb nutrients and
resists pests.
How Does Croplife
Work:
- Improves
intake of foliar applied nutrients
- Assists
transport of inorganic minerals through plant leaves
- Through
improved health - plants are able to withstand higher pest
and disease thresholds
-
Environmentally Responsible -Biodegradable
Croplife Benefits:
- Improve
Plant Health
- Improved
uptake of Calcium through plant leaves
- Improved
plant uptake of foliar sprays resulting in:
- Improved Plant Vigor
- Improved Plant Health
- Reduced Pest & Disease Pressure
- Improved Crop yields
- Reduced
use of existing chemicals
- Reduced
insecticide and fungicide usage and frequency
- Reduce
storage rot and fruit/vegetable spoilage
Improves overall hygiene
- Reduce
pest & disease pressure pre-harvest
- Reduce
chemical and fertiliser costs
- Improved
worker safety – product safety
Increased profit to the grower
Understanding Croplife:
- Croplife
is based on Aussan , a powerful natural biocide, with
added components to help plants absorb nutrients.
- Aussan is
a blend of selected bioflavonoids and organic acids
derived from vegetables and fruit.
- The
powerful antimicrobial properties of Aussan combined with
specially formulated organic anti-fungal/mould ingredients
makes Croplife an all round good health product for
plants.
What is Aussan:
Biocidal Activity
Aussan acts mechanistically by destroying the cellular
membrane of the micro-organism. The antimicrobial power is
due to a synergistic "reaction" of organic bioflavonoids
with natural organic acids present in Aussan.
Unique Biocidal Features:
Aussan is effective against bacteria, both gram
positive and gram negative, viruses, mould and fungi. |

Aussan
formulations do not invoke pathogen mutations. The
unique combination of active ingredients ensures that the
biocidal activity (via cell wall intrusion) is not
influenced by mutation in the pathogens. This is not the
case with most synthetically produced biocides, which have
to be periodically substituted to avoid "Pathogen
tolerance".
Aussan is a non toxic and non hazardous totally organic
formulation, providing increased safety to the user and
greatly reduced risk to the consumer. Residues remaining on
fruit and vegetables continue to provide protection against
pathogenic attack which may offer an opportunity for more
flexible storage options.
Typically, in a TVC (total viable count) of 107, a
5-log reduction is achieved.
Note Aussan is effective up to 107 microbial loading at the
recommended dilution level, above this figure new dilution
levels must be calculated based on the logarithmic loading
relationship.
Characteristics
of Aussan:
- 100%
organic naturally derived product, and certified organic.
(NASAA)
- Non
carcinogenic
- Non
allergic
- Non
mutagenic
- Does not
irritate skin, eyes or mucous membranes of either man or
animals.
- Germicide
with a powerful broad spectrum, effective against
gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungi.
-
Preservative (fungistat - bacteriostat).
- Longer
residual effects than conventional biocides, even in the
presence of extraneous organic matter.
- Stable at
pH levels from 2 to 12 and temperatures up to 130C.
-
Non-corrosive does not attack metal and does not affect
other materials.
- Non
volatile.
- Effective
against pathogenic micro-organisms when used at
recommended dosage levels.
- Retains
its stability when exposed to light. Any change in colour
of the product does not effect its efficiency.
Does not taint food.
- Based on
USA EPA GRAS listed products
Possesses strong antioxidant properties

Direct use:
For good health and anti microbial 2ml/litre
For use as nutrient synergist to enhance the uptake of nutrients
– as per following protocols.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
DO NOT APPLY IN THE HEAT
OF THE DAY.
APPLY EITHER EARLY MORNING OR EARLY EVENING.
TESTS SHOW EARLY MORNING APPLICATION WHEN DEW IS PRESENT
ACHIEVES BEST RESULTS.
DO NOT START SPRAYING TO
EARLY IN THE EVENING AFTER HOT, INTENSE, SUNNY DAYS
AS SUSCEPTIBILITY TO LEAF BURN IS INCREASED UNDER
THESE CONDITIONS.
DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER
CHEMICALS
(PESTICIDES, FUNGICIDES OR HERBICIDES) WITHOUT
CONSULTING YOUR DISTRIBUTOR OR NATURAL AG PRODUCTS FIRST.
DO NOT APPLY IF RAIN IS
EXPECTED WITHIN 6 HOURS.
IF RAIN OCCURS REAPPLY AFTER RAIN CEASES AND
FOLIAGE IS DRY.
NOTE: IF SPRAY TANK LAYS
IDLE FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS AGITATE BEFORE APPLYING.
